I love this crazy cat so much. Even when he meows at 5:00 am for a bowl of milk, I love him as I throw a pillow at him. Bela has what "rarely happens in cats" (according to the vet)-a middle ear infection. It's so bad his eardrum is ruptured. He just started acting sick on Monday...it's not serious or anything, he's been given a steroid shot, an antibiotic shot, and we have to give him three doses of penicilin a day...um, FOR A MONTH. Which is fun because as you read in the haiku, the first round was vomited out all over my hand...but he'll get better. He's our Tybalt the King of Cats, and I won't let that wimpy Romeo get him.

daisy is long-haired and other than leaving her hair on e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g she is a great cat. very easy.
pugly looks just like daisy but has short hair. she has recently started this throwing up thing. leaving us presents around the house. i have no idea why...the food is the same as always. i guess i can't complain too much though...she pees in the toilet. yeah...that's right. she gets on the toilet and goes. i have no idea why she thought of doing that, but hey...it works! i wish she would run to the toilet when her stomach feels the need to empty it's contents. it sure would be nice!
